FlexTrade – Shipping Policy

At FlexTrade, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and with complete transparency.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on your location and product availability.

Charges: Standard shipping charges are applied at checkout based on weight and distance.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

Service Coverage: We deliver across all major cities and towns in India. Remote locations may take extra time.


International Shipping

Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier partner.

Charges: Calculated at checkout based on country, weight, and courier service. Customs duties/taxes (if any) are payable by the customer at the time of delivery.

Tracking: Every international order is shipped with a reliable courier partner and comes with a tracking ID.

Coverage: FlexTrade ships worldwide. In rare cases where courier service is not available, we will inform you before order confirmation.

🔄 FlexTrade – Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your trust and ensure a smooth cancellation/refund process for both domestic and international orders.

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. A full refund will be issued.

After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Customers may initiate a return/refund request after delivery (subject to eligibility below).


Refunds & Returns (Domestic Customers)

Eligibility: Refunds/returns are accepted if:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged/defective product received

Item not as described


Process: Customers must raise a request within 7 days of delivery through our support email.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories like lingerie, swimwear, innerwear, and personalized/custom items are non-returnable.


Refunds & Returns (International Customers)

Eligibility: Refunds are only accepted if:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged product received (proof required)


Process: Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

Refund Method: Refunds (excluding shipping/customs charges) will be processed within 10–15 business days after inspection.

Important: International return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is from FlexTrade’s side.
